What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For within Lagos deliveries we use independent dispatch riders which takes 24-72hrs and for outside Lagos we use DHL(Doorstep delivery)

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order is placed, you’d be notified when your order is sent out and you’d get a tracking code and every delivery information.

How do I place an Order?

Kindly go through our Instagram pages to see the items available in stock, get the “Search code” and enter the code on the website to add the item(s) to cart, follow prompt response after that.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Immediately you place your order, we start to process it immediately which means you’d not be able to change it before delivery but you may be able to return your products under certain terms and conditions under our return and refunds policies.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We have made the order process easier, no you don’t need to create an account but while completing your purchase you’d need to enter your full details as indicated.

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns only for items damaged in transit or if an incorrect size was sent to you, the company will take responsibility for the return cost, kindly order your size too as we wouldn’t accept returns for order errors not made by us.
