1. Wholesale Eligibility

Smokiebrand is exclusively designed for resellers . To qualify for wholesale purchasing, you must provide verifiable business information during the registration process.

2. Minimum Purchase Quantity

Wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of 12 products per order.

3. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. Smokie Brand reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product that may be ordered.

4. Placing Orders

To place an order, you will need send a whatsapp message, Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Ensure that your order meets the minimum quantity and value requirements before ordering.

5. Refund Policy

A. Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality products to our wholesalers. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to replace the product or offer a refund, subject to verification of the issue.

B. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products that are reported within the stipulated timeframe. We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

C. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team through where you ordered or a phone call with your order details, including order number, product details, and description of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the refund process if applicable.

D. Refund Timelines:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

E. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges of defective or damaged products will be covered by Smokie Brand. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the product.
